    Hello everyone.
I don’t know if this is the right forum to say this.
First of all, I am female and 23 years old
I have been for eight months suffering form frequent urination especially during my sleep time, and it’s truly hard to empty my bladder! By the way I almost PMO everyday, and often it’s more than once a day.
I have had urinalysis and there’s no infection .. it’s all negative and normal
I just looked now into the internet about it and suddenly saw this forum! And I just realized might PMO is the reason and it also effects women! And when I reduce it until I stop it would that help in healing the frequent urination?

Oh forgot to say that, in my sleeping I usually wake up every one-two hours to urinate! This is really exhausting.

Many guys have bladder issues with porn. Mine, thank god went away. I would say to trust your instinct and stop porn. Its likely you have other symptoms as well and body heals from toxic pressure constant MO/PORN does. Your body runs smoother without porn! Good luck. I hope you are one to succeed!

I highly doubt it has to do with your PMO, unless maybe if you squirt.

Sounds something more mechanical, probably muscular, maybe something along a weak pelvic floor muscles?

And yes that high rate of PMO is no good for anyone, but imo blaming everything on PMO is a slippery slope.

That's true mate, but it's because PMO/edging damages your prostate, which leads to urination problems.
Females on the other hand, don't have prostates, and the most likely issue is usually UTI which she had already ruled out.

Does not PMO harm women’s bladder muscles?

I think too much masturbation has made you vagina lose.
I have read in many forums that men who masturbate more than 2 times daily suffered bladder pain and frequent urges of urination that they could not control after orgasm and also in sleep.
I am just 16 yrs old so I don't know much about female genitals but as much I have read would recommend try to give your vagina a break for atleast 3 weeks. Many guys had recovered from not masturbating for a 1 month.

Also your weapons can make a big difference.
    Example
If you use one of those crazy big vibrators. Your brain and genitals are definitely going to be desensitized to any damn sensation.
Even if you have sex with Christain grey you won't enjoy that because that's way to normal for you.

PMO may have any kinda weird effect. thought can't rule out other medical possibilities.

    friend,
in your journey to become free of porn and all associated mental and physical complications, there is something that can help.
explore 'inner engineering', just google it. this will help you. this helped me immensely over the last 1.5 years. transformed me completely, I could come out of porn and all the baggage that comes with it, felt inner joy for the first time in my life. All i would say spend some time evaluating it and find it for yourself.

Damn, i'm a guy. But this surely sounds so valid and makes me afraid that indeed women can be desensitized because of PMO.
