Guys, I am suffering from PIED. I have stopped PMO from Feb, on my 40th day now. Now there is an improvement in erection. In no PMO had my first wet dream on 17th day, within last 10days i got 3 wet dreams. Is it normal? anyone experienced similar kind.

On my 60th day of no PMO. Totally had 8 WD in this period. I need to share three things.

    1. Whenever I was having a wet dream, I can feel the ejaculation semi-consciously. But in my last 4 four WD i never felt anything. After waking up in the morning only i came to know.

    2. I can't remember the last 4 dreams, nothing came back to my mind. First 2-3 wet dreams had some porn content / dreaming of watching porn.

    3. The last one was huge. It spoiled my trousers completely. I felt very tired on the following day. Never felt the tiredness on 3-4WD i had before this one & only ejaculated amount was less.

    Anyone experienced similar kind???

I don't konw how common it is. I experienced this myself too. In my opinion this debunks the theory that 'wet dreams are just a way the body gets it's necessary release'. I mean, 3 WDs in a week/7 days, that's not for releasing. This leads to the theory for me that it is the brain getting it's fix and keeping the addiction alive. Sometimes I even got 2 WDs in the same night. At best you can see it as a sign that you are healing or that there is something going on in your system, so rebooting is no hoax.

Did you just wake up and realized you had a wet dream or did your dreams have some p-content?

What effect do these frequent WDs have on you?

The WDs hit me hard at first and I felt depression, social anxiety, inability to concentrate and was just numb. It was similar to MO at first but not comparable to PMO.
Sometimes with p-content, sometimes without. The effect they have on me seems to decrease with time. But in my theory they are still slowing down the reboot by far and keep the withdrawal symptoms alive. The frequency is still a riddle to me, don't know what's the reason why they are sometimes so frequent in a relatively short time period.

The mental symptoms are still there. But good news for you, since this is the PIED section: My erections are a lot better since I have started rebooting, despite of WDs.

I'm really interested about your and other readers' thoughts about this.

I experience the same thing you guys have described. I only get wet dreams 20-30 days after I start my reboot. But I also experienced consequtive wet dreams. My highest was 3 nights in a row.

yes, My erections are far better now, hard than I had before. On this last one, I had a dream of opening a porn video suddenly i found wet. On my 42nd day today, had my last wet dream on 36th day. But I don't have the symptoms you have mentioned 'anxiety & inability to concentrate'. But the porn is not coming into my mind, i m totally out of it.

Usually I will be getting mine between 17-25days. It will happen also within a week if I was so tired & totally exhausted. But this is the first time I stopped PMO for more than a month.

    There might be a TRIGGER...
Hey guys im new around here and dont really know how this fórum thing works. Im actually trying to find a “newbie section” since it Is my first time attempting a porn addction fórum. Ive been adiccted for most part of my life (I’m 29 yo).
It all began when I was 8 and found a porn movie tape (explicit) and watched.... man, it fascinated me!! Actually, it still does. Specially because it was an “anal movie” Since then i used every opportunity I had to watch porn...
when a was 18 I started my first (and only) relationship (I’m a heterosexual man) it lasted almost nine years , I loved her (think I still do) more than anything, we were sexual active (some rare times I would prefer porn over sex), but , I still kept watching porn every time I could (without her knowing), I always considered my addiction “under control”
The thing is: in the last year of our relationship (2015-2016) I started watching shemale porn...I don’t really know why, but it was amazing when I first “found out” abou it. It was like a “new beginning” I was fascinated again. An amazing discovery. It came to a point that sometimes I wanted to see exclusively shemale porn. Then, as I’m sure you can guess, it happened: I couldn’t get hard with my girl... it happened around twice when I couldn at first but eventually, after trying I was able to. But then, as time passed (and I was still watching porn) I couldn’t at all. I was devastating, I started doubting my feelings for her, I was having anxiety problems, suicidal thoughts, i eventually felt like crap! And it came to a point that I couldn’t be with her anymore. And then we broke up (one and a half year ago). Since then I’ve been struggling with my addction and recently I found “your brain rebalanced” because I was looking for a specific “answer” to a desire: having sex with a shemale.
I actually had decided that I was going to give it a try, but before doing it, I would wait a month ( without porn or masturbation) to see if my desire would stick to me, then I googled this “situation” I’m in, and found you guys. I don’t really know what to do.... to be honest right now I do want to have sex with a shemale scort... I actually hope (I hope, but don’t actually want to) this feeling will go away in the next month, because if it doesn’t I know for sure I will do it.
I haven’t watched porn for last 3 months but is have been seeing images ( not of explicit sexually intercourse) of shemale actresses and scorts.
I think that what I’m looking for here is help... I don’t really know. I hope someone will read this and talk to me or at least redirect me to the righ topic or thread or whatever. I’m really sorry to bother you.
    Thank you for your support.

I posted this in anothers threads... just hopping someone will se it
Ps: on my last reboot try I had a wet dream around the 30th day. It was not Porn exctaly: it was I having sex with another two girls. Then I woke up and masturbated, (I ACTUALLY THOUGHT IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO - due the fact that it was my first wet dream in a long, long time)

I have tried many times to have sex with a real person since giving up PMO. It never seems to work. The penis doesn't get hard and penetrative sex just never happens. But the strange part is that I have these wickedly erotic dreams, usually a replay of some of my old favorite porn and I wake up having cum all over the bed and with this rock hard erection. But it only happens at night when I sleep. I just can't figure out how to move it to waking times with another person. Weird don't you think?

I'm only a couple of weeks in, experienced WD 5 days in and one 13 days in.

I've woken up for these but have some in the past that I wouldn't wake up for. I remember dreaming about P on one but not on the other. Wouldn't think much of it, could be getting a bit more used to WD. I'm not a believer that WD really mean that much, some people seem to get them later, some earlier, little correlation with progress. Although your frequency may be good.

It's a positive your body is 'performing' it's self. Just keep going things will continue to get better.

On my 79th day of no PMO. Second flatine was over, now getting weak morning erections, random erections one/twice in a week. Going to gym for the last one week to boost up the recovery. But Still i am afraid, will i be getting my sensitivity back!!!

    On my 90th day today.

Getting morning wood back, but the erection wasn't as before. Sometimes it was hard but vanishes quickly. Getting random weak erection once/twice in day time.

Wet dreams are reduced now. First month I had 2, second month 6, this month only one. Had last wet dream 15 days ago, but still now i didn't have the sign of blue balls. I am still confused whether it is a sign of recovery or my body has stopped producing semen?
As I mentioned before, usually i can feel the wet dream semi-consciously, but i am not aware of the last 5.

Now looking to continue for 180days.
