Making a promise to all of you on here, if i dont keep it i will eat a can of dogfood and record it

    Dear friends / fellow victims,

    You know the story, will be the s ame as a lot of guys on here

    Been addicted since 14 yo

    Found YBOP , stopped everything, life changed for the better, thought one peek shouldnt hurt so much, back to square one, start again for a week, back to square one. So on and so forth

    I am really really sick of it and cant handle the sympthoms anymore such as severe brain fog, depression and so on

    i will make a commitment with every forum member on here e


    from 24-03-2018;

    i will:

    Not watch P

    Not M

    Not O by myself (when it happens with sex i will not qount it as a relapse but i will limit it as much as possible)
    Not watch P subs (TV, TV shows, youtube, instagram, facebook, google image search and so on)
    Keep oogling to a minimum, the gym is a big big trigger for me. One look is ok but dont oogle any girl...


    If i fail one of the above within 90 days i will eat a whole can of dog food and post a video on here with me doing it.

    Ive got this idea from Tony robbins.. Dont know if itwill work but i sure aint wanna eat that sh*t

    Anyone can join me if they want

    Any input is welcome also and you may keep me at my promise

    you can call me crazy but i am hopeless rihgt now and want to stop this because it is really killing me , i feel like i am wasting my youth away (i am 28 right now)

    i want to achieve confidence and a overall better look on life
    and eventually quit nicotine abuse also


    I will post every thursday on here to report my progress if anyone is interested..

    Wow, um, good luck! Lol. Really hope you don't have to eat that can of dog food.

    Just make sure not really completely on the can of dog food. You need to implement other strategies for when the urges come so you can make sure to stay clean.

    i dont know if anyone cares but untill now i am going super strong and didn look back at all

    only survive the gym and than i am clean

    you can all hold me to my promise, will update this thursday

    Exercising, good diet, and finding a hobby or activity to replace PMO is most people's recipe for success!

    Hopefully by that you don't mean daily walks, Purina, and playing fetch. ;)

    Umm, the "no ogling" thing and staying away from social media are good ideas. Think of your triggers, and then think what happens before the triggers, and then what happens before that. We have patterns that put us into "Zombie Mode", and the earlier you can stop it, the less you have to "white knuckle" it. Sometimes it takes some experimenting to figure it out, but sometimes we find that avoiding something easy to avoid makes all the difference. Sometimes they are out of our control, and can simply be something like getting off work or getting ready for bed, but at least if you know what those triggers are and you can recognize them, maybe even saying out loud "this is a trigger" we take some of its power away.

    Yeah, I can't remember the name of the premium stuff I got for my collie before she died. That was supposedly good stuff.

    i will buy it for you if you want but i know that i dont relapse

    i am on day 6 right now and going super strong

    no urges, no oogling, no nothing sofar

    already feeling the benefits

    bin to the gym once and dit NOT give in to oogling at all :D

    i know in my heart i can make it and i will 100%

    toninght second time gym

    Here's an idea:

    Buy a can. Buy more than one if you want/need to. Put the cans in places where you were most likely to consume porn or experience triggers, like near your computer or bedroom. Let it be a perpetual reminder of your promise. The shelf life is good enough on that stuff it can hang out for a while. Each time you think "I wonder what is on that cam site right now" you can also think "I wonder what lamb & rice really tastes like".

    lamb and rice sounds good to me to be honest :p but i eat really plain

    i hope to experience the magnetic effect on women that no PMO seems to give some guys it would be awesome

    There will be bad days, but there will also be amazing days beyond what you could have imagined as a porn addict. Look forward to the good ones. Separate yourself from the triggers as much as possible. If the triggers are strong enough, you won't care about the dog food.

    only thing i stuggle with at the moment are the gym girls were i train.

    They are in their prime and dressed like ... you know what i mean

    for me it is really hard to not look at them and when i do i oogle the hell out of all of them

    till this day i didnt found a solition for it other than not going to train... But for me that is not an solution because i love it

    Sometimes we need to part with something very good and not in and of itself harmful in order to get the harmful thing away. Sometimes a limb needs to be amputated because of an infection.

    Not training might make you go a little nuts in other ways and doesn't seem advisable, that much you seem to have considered already... but, maybe a plan B on rough days? Maybe go for a run instead? Sometimes you just need to get through a day or two to get your strength back up. Maybe there is a neighboring town that is mostly retirees where you can get a cheap gym membership. No oogling when they're all 60+.

    Still going strong guys day 13 :D

    moodswings are real but i will push trough.

    cant wait to get the much talked about effect of magnetizing girls and the confidence boost.

    i can already say that abstaining from pmo makes a huge diffrence on outlook on life in general.

    Things that already changed;
    i am eating only healthy foods, have had an struggle in the past with eating junk but dont crave any of that anymore, only good foods that are supporting my bodybuilding goals.

    lost some fat already

    motivation in the gym is high, broke my chest press record already with a new PR of 200 kgs for reps

    happy :D

    Dude you bench 200kgs for reps ? Are you serious ?
    My PR is by only 120 Kg ( clean rep, full Rom)

    I like your post and the whole idea of it. I am 22 right now and try to do the same journey as you. Already fight since 1.Jan and now I am at 30 days no P and 4 days no MO. Keep strong bro, we will do this
