    Ok, I just MOed with some sexy girls pictures, I have to reset the counter.

    I was triggered by girls in the street wearing summer dresses, I have to avoid looking at nice girls in the streets to prevent future relapses (this conferms that NoArousal is the way to go for me).

    Back to day 0 again.

    Shame about the relapse, but its always good to have a reminder of what works best for you. After you told me about it the NoArousal method is definitely what works for me, no question.

    Day 6: I started wakin' up at night, like 1 or 2 hours after I fall asleep. I wake up with the instict to (P)MO, I have to be very careful. This is a sort of withdrawal for me, I already experienced in the past and it usually bring me to relapse. The worst thing is that the day after I feel tired. I'm not givin' up.

    How you doing bud, hope you're not waking up in the night too much any more... I get that sometimes, I have a book by my bed so if I do wake up and can't sleep I read a bit of it and then hopefully that sends me off to sleep again.

    Day 13 no porn
    Day 6 no masturbation. I decided to allow me to masturbate once a week because I couldn't sleep after more than a week no PMO. It seems to work!

    Thanks Chris, it's a good idea to have a book close to my bed in case I wake up in the night!

    I know how you feel, as I just had a bit of a fail as well.. but just keep focusing on the end game and remember that 15 days is so good for recovery!

    Been quite busy the last 10 days.

    Today was day 14, now it't day 0 because I just relapsed:(

    Let's go for another try, I WON'T GIVE UP!

    Actually I relapsed 3 times between the 21st and the 24th of June but it remains a good month, thanks for making me notice it!

    Day 2 today, feeling great!

    I relapsed the day I wrote the last post.

    However, today is day 7 no PMO. Porn isn't attractive to me right now, but I don't know how long this will last.

    Despite the one week streak I'm not in a good mood in these days because I fought with a dear friend of mine.

    Keep going with the No Arousal method. I'll update here in some days, thanks to all that are reading.

    Dadoadd, must be nice to get that week of being clean under your belt!

    Always nice when you have no craving for the P, but very sorry to hear about your recent fight, I have been there myself quite recently, but as 'ANewMan' says, you just have to keep focusing on yourself and not let the things around us allow us to break our commitment to breaking the addiction (even though it is rather difficult sometimes).

    Yes, so glad you reminded me of the No A method, it really helps.
