Hey! I am working in an IT firm. When I was in college, I used to spend my free time playing tennis. But now I fail to stay active and healthy. I always blame my work timing as a cause for my weight gain. But to be frank, I am lazy and getting up early for workouts is the hardest thing for me. It is mentioned that playing a music track while working out will boost up our energy. Buying some new running shoes will encourage to work harder. I think it will be helpful for me to lose weight.
